TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE «METRO ALMATY» APPLICATION

Effective date: May 11, 2026

By using the «Metro Almaty» mobile application (hereinafter — the

«Application»), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you

do not agree with them, please do not use the Application.

1. APPLICATION DESCRIPTION

The Application provides users with information about the train

schedule of the Almaty metro, station operating hours, and the

estimated arrival time of the next train.

The Application is free and does not contain any paid features,

subscriptions, or in-app purchases.

2. NATURE OF THE INFORMATION

The Application is provided for reference purposes only. The

schedule and the countdown to the next train are based on

publicly available data about the operation of the metro.

The developer is not an official representative of the Almaty

Metro and does not guarantee:

— that the displayed schedule fully matches the actual movement

of trains;

— the absence of delays, cancellations, or changes in metro

operations;

— the accuracy of the data in case of technical failures,

schedule changes, or other circumstances beyond the

developer's control.

The user makes travel decisions at their own risk and should

verify information with official sources when necessary.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All rights to the source code, design, graphic elements, and

interface of the Application belong to the developer. It is

prohibited to copy, modify, distribute, or use elements of the

Application for commercial purposes without written permission.

Names of metro stations, routes, and other data about metro

operations are publicly available factual information.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Application is provided on an «as is» basis without any

warranties. The developer is not liable for:

— delays, missed trips, or other inconveniences related to

the use of information from the Application;

— temporary failures in the Application's operation;

— consequences of using outdated data;

— actions of third-party services used in the Application.

5. USE OF THE APPLICATION

The user agrees to use the Application only for lawful purposes

and not to take any actions that may disrupt its operation or

the safety of other users.

6. CHANGES TO THE TERMS

The developer reserves the right to make changes to these Terms.

The current version is published on the App Store. By continuing

to use the Application after changes are made, the user confirms

their agreement with the new version.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of

Kazakhstan. All disputes shall be resolved in accordance with

the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
