This Privacy Policy describes what data is collected by the «Metro

Almaty» mobile application (hereinafter — the «Application») and

how it is used.

1. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT

The Application does not require user registration and does not

collect names, phone numbers, addresses, payment card details,

photos, geolocation data, or any other personal information.

1.1. Data stored locally on the device

The Application stores the following preferences on the user's

device:

— the selected interface language;

— the identifier of the station added to favorites.

This data is not transmitted to the developer's servers and does

not leave the user's device. It is removed together with the

Application.

1.2. Anonymous analytics

To improve the Application, we use the Google Firebase Analytics

service. It collects anonymized data, including:

— device model and operating system version;

— country and language of the device;

— in-app events (screen views, station selection, language

change);

— general usage statistics.

This data does not allow identification of an individual user.

2. PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING

The collected analytics is used solely for:

— analyzing the Application's performance and detecting bugs;

— improving the interface and user experience;

— understanding which features are most in demand.

We do not sell, share, or publish user data to third parties for

marketing purposes.

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Application uses Google Firebase Analytics (Google LLC).

4. DATA SECURITY

We take reasonable technical measures to protect data. However,

no method of transmitting data over the Internet is completely

secure.

5. USER RIGHTS

Since the Application does not collect personal data, identifying

an individual user in the analytics is not possible. If you have

any questions about data processing or wish to stop analytics

collection from your device, you may delete the Application or

The Application is not specifically directed to children under

the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect data about such

users.

7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current

version is always available at the link provided on the App Store.
